After putting Handwritten or Digital Signature , you must save the document using PDF Toolbar Save button.
You can place both Handwritten Signature and Digital Signature. You must ensure that after placing Digital Signature ,no other modification is done to document.
Due to security constraint laid by Microsoft,Cert Store or USB Token signature is only available in Gravixia Desktop app.
Network cryptography will be rolled out in 2026.Aadhaar signature will be made available in next release.
You can define fancy template in MS WORD document.Our Bulk sign feature will automatically convert docx to PDF and will place signature to all documents.You can upload both PDF / DOCX files for Bulk Signature.
Your documents are saved in Gravixia secure cloud vault.If you have opt for Enterprise plan then you can choose to store documents in your organization clould.
Sharepoint online is supported to save documents in organization network. Google drive storage will be made available in next release.
